How it works

What the system actually does.

Step 01

Sediment + iron pre-filter

Removes rust, silt, and manganese before it reaches your fixtures. First stage keeps the rest of the system clean and extends media life.

Step 02

Arsenic removal media

Specialized adsorptive media reduces arsenic (both III and V) below EPA action levels. Media choice depends on your water chemistry — we pick the right one after testing.

Step 03

UV or chlorination disinfection

Kills bacteria and viruses common in shallow NH wells. UV is chemical-free; chlorination has longer residual. We recommend based on your usage.

Step 04

Optional softener or conditioner

If your hardness is above 7 gpg, we add salt or salt-free conditioning to protect appliances and stop staining.

Common questions

About this system.

Do I need to know my water chemistry before you come out?

No. The free on-site test is how we figure that out. We bring a professional kit and read results on the spot — you see everything with us.

Will the system handle seasonal changes in my well?

Yes. We size systems for worst-case chemistry, not average. NH wells shift a lot between spring melt and late summer — we build for the bad days.

How much maintenance is this?

Most whole-home systems need a filter swap every 6–12 months and a media rebed every 5–8 years. We ship filters automatically if you join the membership, or you can self-maintain with our written schedule.

What if my water gets worse after install?

Call us. Every install includes a post-install re-test and a 2-year warranty. If performance drifts, we fix it.

Not sure which system you need?

A free 20-minute test tells us exactly what's in your water. No obligation, no high-pressure sales.
