• Rebate-related documentation submitted to the State of New Hampshire on your behalf.
• Site analytics (page views, referrer, device type — no personally identifying browsing data).

• Schedule and perform testing and installation work.
• File NHDES PFAS Removal Rebate paperwork on behalf of qualifying homeowners.
• Send filter shipments and service reminders to membership customers.
• Respond to warranty claims and service requests.
• Improve our services and follow up on completed work.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• The State of New Hampshire (NHDES), when required for rebate filing.
• State-certified laboratories we use for confirmation testing.
• Equipment manufacturers, when registering warranties on installed systems.
• Professional service providers (accounting, scheduling software, payment processing) under written confidentiality terms.

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request corrections or deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.

We keep installation and test records for the life of the system plus seven years, consistent with warranty and state licensing requirements. Marketing contact data is deleted on request.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information — encrypted storage, access controls, and vetted service providers. No internet system is perfect; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you in accordance with NH state law.
